Founded in 1984,
ENAC today forms part of a team of high-technology
companies, with RISO SCOTTI as company group leader, specialized in the
cultivation, research and experimentation, processing and transformation
of rice. |

|
The company is located in a
rice-growing area of longstanding tradition. Based originally in Pavia,
Italy, in a 1000 sq.m. area, at the end of the 1980s the company
transferred to a new 18,000 sq.m. structure in Cura Carpignano, Pavia
province. |
|
When the company was launched into the
world of cereal growing, ENAC was
oriented towards zootechnics, a field in which it quickly became a
European leader.
Since 1994,
ENAC has developed a foodstuffs division for cereal
production, mainly of rice but also including corn, barley and wheat.
ENAC
supplies a number of the leading Italian and European producers in the
confectionery and general foodstuffs industries.
